Job summary
International Security Technology Limited is seeking a technically capable individual to support system implementation, testing, and maintenance services on-site for clients in Hong Kong. You will provide on-site technical support and maintain daily service logs while occasionally traveling between Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
The role requires basic coding and SQL knowledge, a relevant diploma, and strong English, Cantonese and Putonghua skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in CS/Engineering or related disciplines.
- Basic coding and SQL knowledge required.
- Self-motivated with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for system implementation, testing and maintenance service
- Provide on-site technical support for clients
- Maintain daily service log
- Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors
- Occasionally travel between Hong Kong and Shenzhen
