Job summary

Linkwise Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support in Hong Kong. You will meet customers, analyze requirements, and propose engineering solutions that meet project needs.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business, 2–5 years of technical sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel to client sites

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, project sales, or a related industry.
• B2B sales or engineering projects experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of engineering concepts and ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Will travel for customer meetings and site visits; valid driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, projects, consultants, contractors, and partners.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to order confirmation and post-sales support.
• Meet customers and conduct site visits to understand project requirements and operational needs.
• Analyse customer requirements and project documents to recommend engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and presentations.
• Coordinate with engineering and management teams to ensure feasible and viable solutions.
• Follow up on quotations and proposals and work towards securing orders.
