Job summary

Worldwide Executive Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Engineer to operate our engineering services unit and execute business strategies to grow the company. You will handle project and service acquisition, fulfillment, manage sub-contractors, and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities include executing business plans, negotiating with customers, and providing timely solutions aligned with client needs while staying updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Building Services Engineering or relevant field.
• Technical understanding of engineering principles, products and maintenance.
• Similar work experience in an engineering team.
• Experience in customer relationship management and negotiation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and sub-contractors.
• Proficiency in oral Cantonese and written Chinese.
• Fair in oral and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel (PivotTable basics).

Responsibilities

• Execute and implement company business plan and strategies.
• Manage sub-contractors.
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
• Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
