Job summary

Private Advertiser in Hong Kong seeks an engineering-focused sales support specialist to help prepare proposals, technical solutions and quotations while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will provide on- and off-site technical support to customers locally and regionally.

The role requires 2–3 years in technical sales, solid MS Office skills (CAD a plus), and strong Chinese communication. Regional travel and a team-oriented, ownership-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Local polytechnic or ITE graduate in automation, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 2–3 years of technical sales experience.
• Good MS Office skills; CAD knowledge a plus.
• Strong Chinese language ability to communicate with clients.
• Willing to travel regionally for site support.
• Independent, results-driven team player.
• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team in preparing proposals, technical solutions, quotations and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Provide on- and off-site technical solution support to customers (local and regional)
• Identify and convert new business opportunities via CRM
• Improve customer satisfaction and internal processes
• Support digital marketing and organize trade shows
