Job summary

Don Nelson Recruitment Limited is seeking a high-caliber candidate for a sales role in the construction sector in Hong Kong. You will drive sales, manage a full sales cycle, and develop relationships with government departments, developers, architects, contractors, and consultants.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business or related discipline with 1–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 1-5 year of sales or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and able to work independently under fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with company products and services and drive sales for business growing
• Good knowledge in full cycle of sales from marketing research, sales related documentation, order management and after-sales management
• Handle existing key accounts and perform good customer relationship management
• Liaising with existing and potential clients such as government department, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, etc., identifying, and establishing business opportunities
• Pro-actively identify new sales potential to fully adapted to customers’needs
• Understand the market for equipping well with strategic thinking competence and skills of managing people
