Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited is expanding and seeks a talented candidate to support repos and financing transactions, develop counterparty relationships, and complete the full workflow independently.

The role involves assisting managers in developing, backtesting and optimizing FICC investment strategies, supporting hedging execution, and monitoring daily market activity. Collaborate with middle office, IT and vendors to onboard new products and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Financial Engineering or related majors.
• Strong sensitivity to macroeconomics, interest rate trends and policy changes; capable of capturing market driving factors and trading opportunities.
• Solid knowledge FICC market fundamentals, familiar with FI market mechanics and basic trading logic.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel (VBA) and SQL/Python (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support repo and financing transactions, engage in counterparty development and maintenance, and independently complete the full workflow.
• Assist managers in the development, backtesting and optimization of FICC investment strategies, support hedging execution.
• Perform daily market monitoring, trading data and portfolio positions regularly.
• Track global macro trends, central bank monetary policies, identify market trends and trading opportunities.
• Collaborate with middle office, IT, and vendors to onboard new products and enhance operational workflows.
