Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a talented FICC Analyst to support repo and financing transactions, engage in counterparty development, and independently complete the full workflow.

You will assist in the development, backtesting and optimization of FICC investment strategies and support hedging execution, while performing daily market monitoring and tracking global macro trends and monetary policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/statistics or related majors.
• Strong sensitivity to macroeconomics, rate trends and policy changes.
• Solid knowledge of FICC market fundamentals and trading logic.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (VBA) and SQL/Python.

2. Assist managers in the development, backtesting and optimization of FICC investment strategies, support hedging execution.
3. Perform daily market monitoring, trading data and portfolio positions regularly.
4. Track global macro trends, central bank monetary policies, identify market trends and trading opportunities.
5. Collaborate with middle office, IT, and vendors to onboard new products and enhance operational workflows.

Requirement :

1. Bachelor’s degree above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Financial Engineering or related majors.
2. Strong sensitivity to macroeconomics, interest rate trends and policy changes; capable of capturing market driving factors and trading opportunities.
3. Solid knowledge FICC market fundamentals, familiar with FI market mechanics and basic trading logic.
4. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel (VBA) and SQL/Python (preferred)
