CGS International Holdings Limited is seeking a Middle Office Support professional for the FICC Department (Outsourcing) in Sheung Wan. The role focuses on trade data entry, reconciliation, and real-time cash monitoring within a fast-paced trading environment.

You will coordinate with Front and Back Offices to resolve discrepancies, support cash movements, and contribute to post-trade processes and system upgrades. English and Chinese communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years in Middle Office/Operations within financial institutions.
• Experience supporting cash bond trading is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bloomberg, OMS, or core trading systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and numerical skills with attention to detail and operational risk awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Aufgaben

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of transaction data into core systems after trade execution.
• Perform daily reconciliation of trade data and resolve discrepancies with Front Office and Back Office teams.
• Monitor real-time cash positions and fund movements across trading accounts.
• Support end-of-day/week cash reconciliation with the Back Office, resolving outstanding items.
• Act as liaison between Front Office and Back Office across the post-trade lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Back Office to streamline trade confirmation, clearing, and settlement procedures.
• Diagnose and escalate post-trade exceptions and maintain an exception log with periodic analysis reports.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process/system enhancements; contribute to SOPs and manuals.
