Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited is seeking a product manager to lead end-to-end product solution design for structured notes, managing the full lifecycle from roadshows through issuance. You will drive market development by monitoring regulatory policies and shaping partnerships with exchanges, inter-bank participants, securities firms and other counterparties to secure stable issuance channels.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Law,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of working experience in structured note issuance with hands-on lifecycle experience.
• Familiar with domestic and overseas derivatives markets and pricing principles of derivatives and structured notes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product management: Lead product solution design and structuring for structured notes from roadshow through issuance.
• Market development: Monitor regulatory policies and market changes; build partnerships with exchanges and counterparties to establish stable issuance channels.
• Product innovation and optimization: Iterate structured-note design and refine issuance solutions in response to market demands.
