Job summary

Parkview Hotel Services Ltd. seeks a Technical Services Manager to lead an engineering team, ensuring smooth operation of clubhouse and serviced apartments. You will plan budgets, manage E&M contracts, and oversee tender processes and contractor performance.

The role requires a degree or higher diploma in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering, with 5–8 years in hotel/property maintenance. English and Chinese proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in hotel, clubhouse or property maintenance management.
• Professional memberships are preferable.
• Honesty, high integrity and self-motivation are expected.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage an engineering team ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of facilities, mainly in clubhouse operations and serviced apartments.
• Prepare and arrange budgets and control expenses on E&M contracts.
• Prepare tender documents, conduct tender analysis/interview and monitor contractor’s work performance.
• Liaise and handle guest requests on technical related services.
• Prepare technical reports/analysis for internal and external customers.
• Oversee energy management and implement energy conservation initiatives for sustainability directives.
• Monitor the performance of sub-contractors and site staff.
• Coordinate with related parties and manage works to meet predefined objectives.
