Job summary

Qualifications

• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS training certificate
• Honest, reliable and responsible
• Able to work independently
• Good customer service awareness
• Good command of spoken and reading Chinese (Cantonese)
• Relevant working experience in security or property management is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage the Security Control Room and monitor access control systems, CCTV and other security control systems
• Manage security postings, maintain order and perform duties as assigned
• Provide traffic control and assist carpark vehicle in/out and other carpark management
• Assist visitors to register relevant information at loading bay
• Assist in other facility management activities in Cathay City; report irregularities in cleaning, malfunctioning or destroyed facilities
• Report emergencies and suspects to supervisor immediately
• Assist with temperature checks during the pandemic
