World Wide P.C.B. Equipments Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Facilities & Project Manager/Assistant to oversee building projects and maintenance across all premises, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

You will coordinate planning, tender reviews, contractor evaluations, cost control, and purchasing approvals, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with laws and standards. Degree in Engineering (Building Services/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field

Qualifications

Degree or above in Engineering (Building Services / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management and site supervision.
Experience with fit-out/renovation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor project progress including schedule, workmanship quality, safety, and completion.
Oversee long‑term improvement plans for company facilities with planning and monitoring.
Manage facilities and maintenance operations, repairs, and inspections.
Handle quotation sourcing, contractor evaluation, tender review, and approvals to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ensure all projects comply with laws, regulations, and company standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.
