Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service (BOKSS) invites applications for an Assistant Project & Property Manager to oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations across its headquarters and more than 40 service centres in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of property management or renovation PM experience, and strong AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of property management, facilities engineering, or renovation PM experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD to produce technical construction drawings.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance, repair works, and emergency repair requests across headquarters and 40+ service centres.
• Establish regular inspection schedules to ensure facilities remain safe, operational, and compliant with standards.
• Manage end-to-end renovation, fitting-out, and improvement projects across service units.
• Prepare project scopes, layout plans, cost estimates, work schedules, and budget controls.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
• Handle procurement processes, including drafting tender documents, specifications, and scope of works.
• Solicit vendor proposals, perform evaluations, and oversee contractor bidding.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, tracking performance, budget variations, and site execution.
