Job summary

Urban Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Property Officer / Assistant Property Officer to supervise cleaning, repair and maintenance for residents and owners. The role focuses on building strong client relations, preparing administration and financial reports, and handling enquiries and complaints.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of property management experience, an relevant degree, and knowledge of BMO/DMC. English and Chinese proficiency are required; PMP is a plus. Fresh graduates may apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Property Management or Hotel Management preferred
• 2-3 years’ work experience in property management
• Independent with strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Qualifications Framework-recognized qualifications in property management preferred
• PMP Licence is an advantage
