Job summary
Soundwill Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services professional to assist with routine maintenance, manage repairs, and coordinate with tenants. You will monitor facilities performance and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
The role requires a Diploma or above, 3 years in commercial buildings, strong leadership and communication, and fluency in English and Chinese. Immediate availability is highly desirable. Attractive remuneration and fringe benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Building Services or related discipline.
- 3+ years in a commercial building context.
- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or above is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organisational and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance and operational tasks.
- Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair/maintenance work.
- Address technical requests from owners and tenants.
- Monitor the performance of building facilities.
- Prepare equipment/inventory lists.
- Supervise and conduct testing and commissioning.
