Anko Sourcing, the direct sourcing arm for Kmart and Target, seeks an Assistant Facility Manager in Hong Kong to oversee offices, storerooms and facilities. You will lead the facilities team, manage vendors, budgets and safety compliance while driving efficiency and workplace excellence.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, project coordination and continuous improvement to ensure a safe, compliant and productive workplace for colleagues in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 5-7 years' experience in facilities management or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience with vendor contracts and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
• Experience leading operations and coordinating priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facilities, workplace and storeroom operations for Hong Kong office.
• Lead day-to-day delivery of facilities services including maintenance, cleaning, security and access management.
• Set priorities and direct facilities team; monitor service levels and vendor performance.
• Coordinate incidents, business continuity and cost-control initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost drivers; track expenditures and assets.
• Lead or coordinate office projects, relocations and sustainability initiatives.
