Job summary

Tai Hing Catering Group Limited in Fo Tan, New Territories, is seeking a Maintenance Officer to perform, coordinate, and oversee routine and preventive maintenance works. You will liaise with internal teams and external sub-contractors to ensure quality and timely progress.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or similar, 2+ years in maintenance (F&B experience preferred), and strong MS Office and Chinese word processing skills. Senior Officer consideration for more experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Building Studies, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of working experience in maintenance. Candidates with experience in the F&B industry will be highly preferred.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-minded.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and oversee routine and preventive maintenance works.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with the internal maintenance team and external sub-contractors.
• Assist in supervising and monitoring the progress of maintenance activities to ensure they meet quality standards and schedules.
• Help allocate daily maintenance tasks and ensure work complies with company standards.
• Assist with the supervision of maintenance store inventory and records.
• Support the planning and regular reporting of maintenance progress.
