Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager in Hong Kong. You will handle advanced facilities work in regulated spaces, support Property Managers, and oversee repairs and investment plans.

You will manage painting, major repairs, and installation of fixtures while coordinating with trades and front-line clients. Strong organizational and analytical skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages and other figures.

Responsibilities

• Manage painting and patchwork projects, and major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors and windows.
• Direct installation of shelving, racks, and other fixtures as required.
• Serve as point of contact for front-line clients on various requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective and preventive actions.
• Apply standard procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Possess broad knowledge of job disciplines within the function; lead by example.
• Support CBRE RISE values and help drive team objectives and quality.
• Influence the quality of own work and teamwork; work within deadlines.
• Explain complex information plainly to stakeholders.
