Whampoa Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a highly experienced maintenance professional to lead our in-house team and supervise external contractors. You will oversee maintenance planning, safety compliance and service quality to ensure reliable building operations.

Applicants with more experience or higher qualifications will be considered for the Maintenance Manager role. Salary and benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Competenze

• Degree holder in relevant engineering/building disciplines.
• Member of professional institution preferred (e.g. MHKIE, MBSOMES).
• Holder of valid safety card.

Mansioni

• Prepare annual maintenance plan, oversee maintenance services and lead the in-house maintenance team and outsourced contractors.
• Prepare tender documents and follow tendering procedures for maintenance works.
• Formulate and review the maintenance policy.

Conoscenze

Minimum 6 years' experience

3 years supervisory

Safety card holder

Formazione

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
