Job summary

Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC) in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Supervisor – Facilities Management to support day-to-day management, maintenance and enhancement of hangars, buildings, common areas and car parks at Hong Kong International Airport.

The role requires coordinating with internal departments, contractors and service providers to ensure safety, regulatory compliance and high‑quality operations, while contributing to projects, inspections and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Minimum three years in facilities management, building maintenance, or project coordination.
• Experience in aviation, transportation, hospitality, or commercial property sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of building services, repairs, contractor supervision and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overseeing facilities management, asset improvement, and repairs.
• Coordinate planning, implementation and post-completion reviews of projects within budget and schedule.
• Liaise with facilities management company, contractors and service providers to meet service standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments, tenants, and vendors on facilities-related matters.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on repairs, safety and operational issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce workplace safety requirements.
• Prepare procurement and project documentation for approvals and records.
• Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
