Qualifications

• 8–12 years at a top-tier management consulting firm with in-house strategy experience.
• Proven track record in corporate strategy or transformation within large, complex organisations.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strategic leader and change agent with gravitas at executive level.
• Experience across cross-functional and cross-border teams, esp. China and APAC.
• Manufacturing, industrial, plant operations, or related sectors preferred.
• Experience leveraging data analytics and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across business units to ensure priorities are cascaded and executed effectively.
• Lead the design and execution of corporate strategy, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Analyse the regional business within global market trends, macro forces and competitive dynamics with short-, mid- and long-term planning.
• Drive efficiency in executive decision‑making processes, ensuring timely follow-through on strategic initiatives.
• Assess strategic risks across industries and geographies and develop mitigation frameworks to safeguard enterprise value.
• Represent the Senior Executive in selected meetings or workstreams, as appropriate.
