Job summary

Acclime seeks a finance and operations analyst to deliver clear reporting to executive leadership and the Board. You will prepare monthly progress reports, quarterly board packs, and KPI dashboards while ensuring budgets align across markets.

Work with finance and strategy teams to translate data into a compelling narrative for senior stakeholders. Candidates should have 1–3 years in finance, strategy or data analytics, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a proactive, autonomous work style.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, strategy & operations, or data analytics.
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly progress reporting, presentations, and analysis for executive leadership, Board, and PE sponsor meetings.
• Prepare quarterly Board packs and supporting analysis.
• Track KPIs and budget delivery against plan targets; flag gaps and risks.
• Maintain the initiative portfolio view including ownership, status, financial phasing, and outlook.
• Partner with Group Finance to integrate initiative benefits and timing into budgets and forecasts.
• Provide financial and data analysis of the KPIs tracked under your ownership.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and business cases as priorities evolve.
