Ethos is seeking experienced M&A advisory analysts for a fully remote, flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week to help train our AI models on professional presentations and slide decks. You will bring 2+ years at a top firm and excel at structured storytelling and slide craftsmanship.

You will work asynchronously, deliver high-quality deck components, and collaborate with a cross-functional team. Start date ASAP, compensation $100 per hour, with ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an M&A Advisory Analyst at a top bulge bracket or elite boutique.
• Experience creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and decks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop storyline, executive summaries, and slide structure with data-driven exhibits.
• Deliver client-ready decks with strong attention to detail.
