Job summary

CLSA seeks a detail-oriented professional to support CSI management by preparing comprehensive reports, data analyses, and high quality presentations. This role gathers data from multiple sources, organizes information, and creates clear, visually appealing materials for leadership decisions.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, collaborating with departments, and ensuring consistency with CSI's strategic priorities while maintaining reporting templates and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business reporting.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in management reporting, business analysis, or corporate communications.
• Familiarity with CSI’s industry or related sectors.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin is a plus (Cantonese beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data relevant to CSI operations, projects, and performance metrics.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc management reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Develop professional presentations, dashboards, and visual materials tailored to executive audiences.
• Collaborate with different departments to obtain required data and insights.
• Ensure messaging in reports/presentations aligns with CSI's strategic priorities and goals.
• Maintain templates, standards, and best practices for reporting and presentation materials.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Support management in preparing materials for senior management meetings and strategic planning sessions.
