Job summary

Pure Hong Kong is seeking a Head of Implementation for a leading bank in Hong Kong to oversee end-to-end delivery across institutional and corporate client portfolios. The role focuses on reducing time-to-revenue and improving straight-through processing across Cash Management, API connectivity, Trade Finance, and Securities.

You will own project management for onboarding, define the target operating model, and act as the client-facing implementation lead.

Qualifications

12+ years in transaction banking, corporate banking or payments with senior implementation experience.
Proven track record delivering multi-product onboarding across complex platforms.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage escalation to protect go-live timelines.
Client-facing credibility with pre-sales and post-sales delivery.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation for onboarding and delivery across product verticals.
Define and drive operating model for implementation including governance and processes.
Act as primary escalation point for delivery risk and ensure on-time go-lives.
Improve onboarding time-to-revenue and uplift STP rates.
Lead client interactions during pre-sales and post-sales implementation as client-facing lead.
Identify upsell opportunities during onboarding to drive platform adoption.
