Job summary

DHL Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Field Sales professional to drive new business and grow existing customer opportunities. The role requires setting up SOPs and COPs for customers and internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure service excellence.

Based in Kwai Hing, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal departments to deliver superior logistics solutions and will be expected to demonstrate strong selling, communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Holder of HKDSE or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF).
• At least 2 years sales experience in service industry, preferably logistics/freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding business.
• Strong selling, communication and presentation skills.
• Aggressive, able to work smartly.
• Fluent in English & Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Location: Kwai Hing

Reporting to Head of Field Sales, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

• Win new business and develop existing customer business opportunities
• Set up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Customer Operating Procedure (COP) for customers and internal stakeholders
• Build up and maintain good relationship with customers
• Work closely with internal departments to provide excellent service to customers

Requirements

• Holder of HKDSE or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF)
• At least 2 years sales experience in service industry, preferably gained in logistics/freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding business
• Strong selling, communication and presentation skills
• Aggressive, able to work smartly
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Field Sales Manager role.
