Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Derivative Solutions Sales leader to originate and execute customized derivative solutions for corporate and institutional clients across Greater China.

You will structure, market, and close transactions across FX, rates, commodities, and cash management, serving as primary coverage banker while collaborating with Investment Banking and Sales & Trading teams.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in derivatives sales, structuring or advisory, SVP/ED level preferred.
• Strong technical skills in FX, rates and commodity derivatives.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop derivative-based risk management solutions for clients across Greater China.
• Structure, market, and execute transactions across FX, rates, and commodity derivatives, and cash management solutions.
• Serve as primary and secondary coverage banker for key client relationships, driving growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, FI, and PE clients across Morgan Stanley's platform.
• Collaborate with internal partners across IB, DCM, Leveraged Finance, Fixed Income, and other product groups to deliver integrated solutions.
