Job summary

Willis Towers Watson plc in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager for Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ESOP). You will lead client engagements, act as a strategic advisor, and mentor consultants across the region.

You will build senior-level relationships, deliver insightful advice, and collaborate across cross-cultural teams to design ESOP and executive compensation programs for global organizations. The role requires strong English and Chinese language skills and a track record in HR

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in HR consulting
• C&B experience in corporate, ESOP design & operation
• In-depth knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory, corporate governance and accounting issues for executive compensation plans
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior management
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain selected key accounts and trusted client relationships at a senior level to build long term client relationships across multiple practices
• Actively manage multiple and complex engagements ensuring that projects are completed on a timely and profitable basis while ensuring high client satisfaction
• Think strategically in partnering with clients to pioneer unique approaches to solving their business problems
• Provide high quality consulting advice, accurate technical content and engaging deliverables to Boards and senior leaders in client companies
• Use highly effective written and spoken communications to deliver detailed findings, analyses and recommendations to Boards and senior leaders of client organizations
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the penetration of key target accounts
• Support effective collaboration and provide leadership and input to preferred resourcing approach to make most efficient use of resources across the geography
• Coordinate with existing sales and Client Relationship Management teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities
• Lead ECBA engagements including developing project plans for execution of large, global engagements leveraging cross-functional teams
• Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-cultural and cross-functional teams spanning multiple geographies
