Job summary

CP Future City Development Corporation Ltd. seeks a General Manager / Director of Operations to oversee hotel-wide functions and drive strategic growth in a dynamic Hong Kong environment.

The role requires a proven leader with 10 years of progressive leadership, Cantonese/English/M Mandarin fluency, and a track record in P&L management. Competitive HK$70k–HK$80k monthly base with performance-based incentives included.

Job description

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and human resources to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, optimize occupancy rates, enhance profitability, and maintain brand standards across departments.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff; foster a high-performance culture grounded in service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners, corporate partners, local authorities, travel agencies, and community organizations.

Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong statutory regulations, health and safety standards, labor laws, and hospitality industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA) are advantageous.


• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in full-service hotels, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent role.


• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential for effective internal coordination and external stakeholder engagement.


• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Resident status, Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), IANG, Dependent Entry Visa, or other valid work permits.


• Proven track record in P&L management, innovation，team development, crisis resolution, and delivering consistent financial and service KPIs.


• Competitive monthly base salary of HK$70,000-HK$80,000, plus performance-based commission tied to hotel profitability and guest satisfaction metrics.
