Job summary

Hospital Authority - Kowloon East Cluster, Tseung Kwan O Hospital, seeks an Executive Assistant I for the Intensive Care Unit. Reporting to ICU management, you will provide administrative and clinical support to sustain daily operations and staff coordination.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent with relevant experience, plus strong Mandarin and English communication, and solid MS Office skills. Salary includes a gratuity for contract staff where applicable.

• Diploma in a specialized function with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to ICU day-to-day operations.
• Coach and supervise clerical team to ensure smooth ICU operation.
• Coordinate meetings and organize programs within cluster ICUs.
• Collect, compile, analyze statistics and assist in reports and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Executive Assistant I (Intensive Care Unit)

Department/ Hospital: Department of Intensive Care, Kowloon East Cluster (Tseung Kwan O Hospital)
Pay: HK$24,675 to HK$29,195 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical support and administrative support to the day-to-day operation in Department of Intensive Care.
2. Coach, supervise and review the day-to-day work of clerical team to ensure smooth operation of ICU.
3. Coordinate meetings and organize programs / activities within cluster ICUs.
4. Collect, compile, analyze statistical data and assist manager in preparation of reports and presentation materials.
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements:

1. University Graduates with experience;
2. F.5 / S.5 with: (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR (b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below: - Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and - Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / ''Attained'' in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent; AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience

Preferred Attributes:

1. Good PC skill in MS office, Chinese word processing, PowerPoint, Excel & Access.
2. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
3. Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
