Job summary

The Hong Kong Medical Association seeks an administrative support specialist to back the Membership Protection Scheme and account operations in Hong Kong. You will handle member inquiries by phone and email, perform daily settlements including cheque processing and internet banking, and assist with receipts, debit notes, and data updates.

Candidates with a Higher Diploma in accounting and 1–3 years’ experience, fluent in English and Chinese, and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma holder in accounting with 1–3 years of work experience.
• Good command of English and Chinese for liaison with overseas associates.
• Proficiency in MS Office; attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Membership Protection Scheme (MPS) and Account operations.
• Handle member enquiries by phone and email.
• Perform daily system settlements including cheque processing and internet banking.
• Assist in sending receipts and debit notes; maintain and update data.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
