Enreach International Limited is seeking an administrative and operations support professional in Hong Kong to organize documents, manage back-office workflows and liaise with clients and partner institutions. The role involves handling internal coordination, processing operational tasks and supporting management with daily office logistics.
The candidate should have tertiary education, 1–5 years of experience in related fields, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate accurate bilingual
This is an administrative and operations support role within a fund and asset management business. You will organize documents, manage back office workflows, liaise with clients and partner institutions, handle internal administrative coordination, process operational tasks, and provide support to management across daily office logistics and scheduling.
Organize documents, archive contracts, proofread materials, compile consolidated reports, format business documents and handle correspondence emails
Support back office workflows for fund, insurance and asset management businesses: data collection, KYC document sorting, preparation of filing materials and ledger updates
Liaise with clients, partner institutions and banking channels, track business progress, handle enquiries, relay updates and coordinate daily operational matters
Conduct internal administrative work, take meeting minutes, follow up on workflows, and oversee general internal office coordination
Process cheque deposits, arrange document mailing and other ad hoc operational tasks
Manage daily office logistics, supplies and venue arrangements
Provide light duty support for management including daily schedule coordination, meeting arrangement, travel booking and business reception
Complete ad hoc support tasks assigned by supervisors, and flexibly align with business timelines
Tertiary education or above
1-5 years of working experience in finance, insurance, asset management, law firms or PA/administration roles at listed companies is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for document processing
Accurate and efficient typing (Chinese and English) with neat output, detail oriented and rigorous working style
Intermediate business English reading and writing competency to process routine English emails and documentation
Highly detail-oriented and rigorous, no aversion to data/number-based work
Strong execution skills, logical thinking, high level of confidentiality and remain resilient under pressure when handling ad-hoc tasks
Proactive work attitude with sound task prioritisation skills; capable of independent follow up to close out assigned tasks
Outstanding fresh graduates with strong learning agility, prudence and attentiveness are also acceptable
Proficient in daily business communication via mainstream channels including WeChat, WhatsApp and email
Exposure to a professional fund and asset management environment with senior level business and high net worth client engagements for accelerated industry exposure

Salary: HK$18,000‑20,000 per month
