Job summary

Regent Pioneer Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive to supervise events projects in Hong Kong. You will oversee onsite progress during installation and dismantling, ensuring safety and quality.

You'll coordinate with internal teams and vendors, handle client enquiries, and participate in site visits. A Bachelor's degree and fluency in English and Chinese are required; forklift license is highly advantageous and immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Willing to work outdoors and long hours.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision on project progress for installation and dismantling stages.
• Follow up client enquiries and participate in site visits where necessary.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to plan and coordinate project operation from start to finish.
