Job summary

Parks Supplies Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking candidates for a role coordinating the installation and maintenance of play and sports facilities. The position requires a higher diploma or above in Building Studies or construction management, with at least 3 years of experience and strong English/Chinese communication skills.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is desired, and immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / construction management or equivalent.
At least 3 years' working experience.
Hardworking with customer-oriented service attitude.
Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese essential, Putonghua a plus).
Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with clients and Sub-contractors for the installations and maintenance of play & sports equipment and facilities.
Assist project team and coordinate with project sales.
Assist project manager on project planning, coordination, progress monitoring and timeframe of contracted projects.
Prepare correspondence material submissions, reports and method statement.
Liaise with clients and various internal parties.
Assisting in quantity surveying works, if assigned
