Event Producer / Execution Lead
About Dreams & Dreams
Dreams & Dreams is a connection-led creative studio producing immersive experiences, cultural gatherings, private events, brand collaborations, and original creative IP.
Working at the intersection of music, performance, hospitality, and creative direction, we create meaningful moments that leave a lasting impression. Every project is driven by thoughtful intention, attention to detail, and a commitment to connecting people through our creations in partnership with our collaborators and clients.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager / Producer Execution Lead with show management and on-site execution experience to help bring our creative projects to life.
This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality. Working closely with the Founder / Creative Director, you’ll take ownership of the operational planning, production, and delivery of events from initial planning through to on‑site execution and show day.
You’ll coordinate suppliers, venues, production partners, artists, and clients while keeping budgets, timelines, and logistics under control. You’ll also play an important role in evaluating the operational and financial feasibility of new projects by preparing preliminary budgets and P&L forecasts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment, enjoys solving problems, and naturally takes ownership without waiting to be told what to do.

- -Manage supplier quotations, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and key deadlines.
- -Support communication with clients, venues, artists, and project partners.
- -Maintain clear project updates and communicate priorities to the founder and wider team.
- -Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Problem Solving
- -Anticipate operational challenges before they arise.
- -Resolve issues quickly and calmly while maintaining high execution standards.
- -Keep projects moving by following through on every detail and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Experience & Background
- -Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event management, experiential marketing, hospitality, production, theater production, luxury events, cultural programming, or venue operations.
- -Strong experience in preparing event budgets, supplier cost estimates, and project P&Ls, with a good understanding of cost control and financial feasibility.
- -Confident managing multiple suppliers, production partners, venues, logistics, staffing, artists/talents, and client relationships simultaneously.
- -Experience working in Hong Kong or across Asia is highly desirable.
- -Experience within luxury hospitality, music, creative industries, entertainment, or premium guest experiences would be an advantage.
- -Experience in sourcing and purchasing event materials, props, décor, production items, and supplies through Taobao and other online sourcing platforms is highly desirable.
- -Able to identify suitable suppliers, compare quotations, communicate specifications, place orders, and coordinate delivery timelines to meet production schedules.
- -Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment, with the ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions on‑site.
Proven experience managing events end‑to‑end, from planning and pre‑production through to on‑site execution and show management.
