Dreams & Dreams Ltd is seeking an experienced Event Producer / Execution Lead to turn creative ideas into reality in our fast-paced studio. You will own the operational planning, production, and on-site delivery of events from concept through show day, working closely with the Founder/Creative Director.

You will coordinate venues, suppliers, artists, and clients while managing budgets and timelines, preparing run sheets, and producing project trackers.

Formación

• Degree in Event Management or related field preferred.
• Hands-on production and show management experience valued highly.
• Experience in luxury events, hospitality, or cultural programming is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational planning and execution of events from concept through delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines, task lists, and production schedules.
• Coordinate venues, artists, suppliers, production partners, freelancers, and staffing teams.
• Prepare run sheets, contact lists, production schedules, project trackers, and documentation.
• Manage logistics, guest experience, venue operations, F&B coordination, and on-site execution.
• Attend site visits, production meetings, rehearsals, and event days as required.
• Prepare preliminary operational budgets and project P&Ls for client proposals.
• Source supplier quotations and build realistic cost assumptions.
