Job summary

Colliers International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager in Valuation & Advisory Services to lead valuation and consultancy assignments from start to finish. You will inspect properties, conduct market research, prepare feasibility studies and advisory reports, and coordinate with local offices and external advisers while interpreting policies to support statutory valuation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of valuation experience in HK or APAC; managerial level for more experience.
• Experience from a commercial real estate consultancy preferred.
• Professional qualification or progress towards RICS/HKIS is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical, numerical and research skills.
• Detail-minded, organized and able to manage multiple assignments under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; client-focused mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English and Chinese; another Asian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in another Asian language would be an advantage.
