Job summary

BOC International Holdings Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate/AVP, ESOP Account Manager in Wealth Management to maintain relationships with ESOP VIP clients, including Tencent and Ali, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. You will perform KYC/AML reviews, coordinate with relevant departments on daily tasks, and support the team with ad-hoc assignments.

A degree in business or finance and strong English/Chinese communication are required, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
Excellent communication and problem solving skill.
Independent, responsible and detail-minded with positive working attitude.
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua).
Proficient in MS Office application.

Responsibilities

Maintain good relationship with ESOP VIP clients, especially Tencent and Ali.
Respond ESOP VIP clients in professional manner and on timely basis.
Keep track on instruction and progress update with ESOP VIP clients.
Perform KYC and AML review on existing on-going clients and new onboarding clients.
Coordinate daily tasks or ad-hoc tasks closely with relevant departments.
Provide support to the team and carry out other ad-has tasks as assigned.
