Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited seeks an experienced professional to drive ESOP client onboarding and ongoing service support. You will act as the primary contact for ESOP clients, assist with system usage, and coordinate with compliance, operations, IT and legal teams to ensure timely onboarding and long‑term maintenance.

• Primary contact for ESOP clients, providing customer support in ESOP system usage.
• Coordinate with compliance, operations, IT and other internal teams for onboarding new clients and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate with bankers, relationship managers, lawyers and other related professionals for ESOP services.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Business developing includes the clients’ pitching and the preparation of ESOP proposal materials for prospective clients.
• Being the primary contact point for ESOP clients, providing customer support in the use of the ESOP system and participating in the continuing enhancement of the system.
• Working closely with compliance, operation, IT and other internal teams, ensuring in-time and compliant internal execution for both new clients’ onboarding tasks, and existing clients’ long-term maintenance.
• Coordinating with bankers, RMs, lawyers and other related professional parties in the provision of ESOP services.
• Handling any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in finance related discipline.
• At least 6 years related working experience.
• Excellent customer services and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Power Point.
