Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, securities, wealth management, fintech, or related financial services sectors.
• Experience in ESOP, employee share schemes, equity incentive plans, corporate services, IPO-related services, or stock administration solutions preferred.
• Familiarity with wealth management businesses and ESOP administration platforms is advantageous.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills with proven track record.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and a good team player.
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluent in Putonghua and English with strong written and verbal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new corporate client opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Design, implement, and improve ESOP and equity incentive solutions based on clients' needs.
• Provide consulting and tailor-made solutions for pre-IPO and listed companies on employee share plans and related corporate services.
• Assist in developing equity incentive solutions and preparing proposals and reports.
• Coordinate with regional management and internal business units; organize ESOP training and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends in ESOP and equity incentives and prepare research materials.
