Job summary

DFI Retail Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing for a large-scale ERP implementation across multiple stores and distribution centers.

You will develop testing strategy, lead test planning and data preparation, and report defects and progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality in a complex retail environment including SAP and Oracle Retail.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in large-scale ERP testing and implementation projects.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle Retail in retail environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategy, approach, and plan with implementation partner.
• Manage testing plan dependencies against the program plan.
• Oversee test script development and test data preparation.
• Lead test execution to meet objectives and timelines.
• Create test reports including daily execution and defect reports.
• Identify and manage testing risks and issues.
