Job Duties

• To support Technical Support Leader to implement, deliver and support IT solutions.
• To perform solution implementation, including user requirement study, system analysis, solution design, testing and production rollout.
• To study, refine and implement Corporate Workflow opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
• To help the business growth by exploring and studying IT opportunities in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), billing operation and workflow initiatives.
• To manage vendors, business partners and contractors to deliver the IT solutions within the project timeline and cost, and ensure the quality of the deliverables.
• To lead the support team providing support and maintenance to Corporate IT systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Systems / Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Software Development / Scrum Master/ Project Management are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in IT.
• Experience in requirement study, system analysis and design, system rollout, system support and vendor management.
• Experience in corporate systems such as ERP, billing systems, and workflow platforms. Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, cloud technologies and Al technologies.
• Experience in ServiceNow, Oracle Database, Microsoft SOL Server, SOL, JavaEE and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of airport operation, billing and financial processes is an advantage.
• Ability to take on a technical and consulting leadership role.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
