Fujitec (HK) Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Governance & Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning IT initiatives with business goals.

You will work with Japan HQ and local teams, translate business needs into functional specs, oversee UAT and post-launch reviews, and enforce governance and security standards. A degree and 5+ years' experience are required, with PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management, system implementation, and governance experience.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT, or CISA preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese, proactive and well-organized.

IT Governance & Project Manager (1-Year Renewable Contract)

Lead and drive end-to-end ERP & IT implementation projects.

Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget and on-quality delivery

Propose viable system and enhancement solutions to the management based on business needs.

Serve as the bridge between technical teams, third-party vendors and business units to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.

Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.

Manage UAT, product launches, system migrations, enhancements, user training and post-launch reviews.

Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, security standards, and policies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance

Work closely with Japan headquarters to align IT initiatives, policies, guidelines, governance and compliance standards.

Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in IT project management, system implementation, and governance.

Hands-on knowledge and solid experience in major ERP systems implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics).

Professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT, or CISA are highly preferred.

Proven track record in project management, vendor management, and risk analysis.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Being practical, proactive, self-motivated, and presentable with strong time management skills.
