Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks a Senior System Analyst / Assistant Manager to own Dynamics 365 F&O support and enhancements in an in-house MNC setting. You will partner with Finance and IT to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues and drive digital transformation. There is clear growth potential into higher ownership within two years.

You will develop SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards, support integrations, and lead testing and documentation efforts while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX with hands-on development (X++).
• Strong understanding of finance-related processes and workflows.
• Experience with SSRS and Power BI is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with IT and business users.

Senior System Analyst / Assistant Manager - Dynamics 365 F&O (In-house, MNC)

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst / Assistant Manager to join a MNC (in-house role) and take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) support and enhancement.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with Finance and IT teams to improve business processes, troubleshoot system issues, develop solutions and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives. More importantly, there is a clear opportunity to grow into a higher-level role within the next 2 years, taking on greater ownership of the D365 environment and broader business-facing responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

• Provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues
• Work closely with Finance users to understand business needs and translate them into practical system solutions
• Maintain system functionality, data accuracy and overall application stability
• Support system enhancements, bug fixes, upgrades and other improvement projects
• Work with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver system changes
• Develop and maintain D365 SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards
• Support integrations between D365 F&O and other business applications
• Participate in system testing, UAT and implementation activities
• Prepare system documentation, user guides and SOPs
• Provide user training and help teams adopt better ways of working
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance-related processes

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline
• Solid experience in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX, ERP systems or business application support
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development, including X++
• Good understanding of D365 F&O workflows and finance-related processes
• Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to resolving issues
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with users, IT teams and external vendors
