You will source opportunities, tailor solutions with research and trading teams, and maintain high-touch client relationships through market cycles and new issue activity.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of institutional equity sales experience.
• Proven track record of successful client coverage in HK/China markets for cash equity or delta one.
• Attained all regulatory criteria for licensed activities.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate new business opportunities across cash equity products to grow market share.
• Understand institutional client mandates to collaborate with research and trading teams for bespoke solutions.
• Leverage research and trading capabilities to provide high-touch coverage and updates on market news and liquidity events.
• Analyze institutional client trading appetites to facilitate block trades and improve positioning.
