Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Hong Kong seeks a Client Advisor – Associate to be a trusted contact for clients on the Morgan Direct platform, guiding them on platform navigation and investment products.

The role combines relationship management with data-driven digital growth, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Technology to drive client acquisition, engagement and retention while upholding the highest ethics and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Exposure to digital marketing, campaign management, customer acquisition, or client analytics.
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business and sales targets through client engagement and onboarding.
• Support clients with platform navigation and investment product inquiries.
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations to explain Morgan Direct and JP Morgan products.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop scalable client acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Analyze client and market trends to improve digital adoption and growth.
• Maintain high standards of business ethics and regulatory compliance.
