J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Solutions in Hong Kong is seeking a Product Manager to support roadmap delivery for Asia markets by translating regional needs into prioritized work and driving execution with a strong emphasis on efficient technology use and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, digital delivery, or agile roles.
Experience in customer-facing or advisor-facing experiences in financial services, insurance, or regulated environments.
Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

Support definition and delivery of end-to-end client and advisor journeys for Asia markets across digital and assisted channels.
Partner with regional stakeholders to gather requirements and document market-specific needs, constraints, and handoffs.
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows; maintain a well-groomed backlog aligned to the roadmap.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Controls to ensure usable, scalable, and compliant solutions.
Help deliver AI-enabled features (e.g., smarter routing, advisor assist tools, guided servicing).
Track delivery status, dependencies, risks, and releases; prepare readiness materials and communications.
Monitor KPIs and client/advisor feedback; propose iterative improvements based on data and insights.
Contribute to reusability and standardization by identifying opportunities for shared components across regions.
