Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join the Implementation and Client Management teams in our Global Product group in Hong Kong.

You will help deliver client onboarding, integration, and ongoing relationship management initiatives across our global client base, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive timely results. This role offers exposure to API integrations, data workflows, and AI-enabled tooling, with opportunities to develop deep product and technical skills while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
Strong understanding of software development concepts and technology platforms.
Experience with C#, .NET, or another object-oriented programming language.
Familiarity with REST APIs and API-based integrations.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Ability to analyze application logs, diagnose issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of workflow automation with low-code/no-code platforms, AI tools, and process optimization.
Experience integrating business workflows across systems using APIs or orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end client onboarding, implementation and account management, including gathering and validating business and technical requirements, configuring solutions, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting UAT, production launches, and post-go-live stabilization.
Support API integrations and external system connectivity, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Analyze and troubleshoot data, workflow, integration, and production issues, partnering with Engineering as needed.
Participate in client workshops, status meetings, and training sessions, providing proactive communication throughout implementation projects.
Translate technical concepts into clear business language for client stakeholders.
Document technical solutions, implementation procedures, best practices, playbooks, templates, and reusable artifacts.
Leverage AI and workflow automation tools to streamline implementation activities, accelerate onboarding timelines, improve documentation quality, and increase delivery scalability.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive implementation, support, and operational processes using approved digital and AI-enabled solutions while maintaining governance and compliance standards.
