Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

In filling this role, we are seeking a candidate with an excellent work ethic and with skills and experience to complement the existing team. The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Demonstrable experience in a product management / product development role, ideally within a Markets Trading/Sales environment or electronic product development
• Knowledge of Equity / Equity Derivatives trading business and products or other equivalent asset class
• Demonstrated ability to market products and collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and all levels of management
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferable
• Strong understanding of electronic sales and trading workflows, including quote distribution, algorithmic execution, client-facing e-trading platforms, FIX connectivity, and automation across the end-to-end trading lifecycle will be beneficial
• Strong programme or project management experience
• Strong communication and partnership skills
• Experience of working with technology teams
• Structured and analytical approach

• Strong quantitative analysis skills
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
