Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Hong Kong seeks an Analyst/Associate for Digital Markets’ Neovest product to join the Global Product team in delivering client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management across our global client base.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts for clients, support API integrations, and drive automation using low-code and AI tools to improve delivery timelines and documentation quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
Experience with C#, .NET or similar object-oriented language.
Familiarity with REST APIs and API-based integrations.
SQL knowledge and relational databases.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience with low-code/no-code automation, AI tools and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end client onboarding, implementation and account management, including gathering and validating business and technical requirements, configuring solutions, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting UAT, production launches, and post-go-live stabilization.
Support API integrations and external system connectivity, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Analyze and troubleshoot data, workflow, integration, and production issues, partnering with Engineering as needed.
Participate in client workshops, status meetings, and training sessions, providing proactive communication throughout implementation projects.
Translate technical concepts into clear business language for client stakeholders.
Document technical solutions, implementation procedures, best practices, playbooks, templates, and reusable artifacts.
Leverage internally approved AI and workflow automation tools to streamline implementation activities, accelerate onboarding timelines, improve documentation quality, and increase delivery scalability.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive implementation, support, and operational processes using approved digital and AI-enabled solutions while maintaining governance and compliance standards.
